CIVIC ASSOCIATION

SMB Estates Civic Association is incorporated as a non-profit organization and represents a group of SMB residents, located within the city of Livonia, Michigan.

The primary purpose of the Association is to maintain the subdivision entrances, to promote the general welfare and interests of the residents, and to keep them informed on the issues that could affect the neighborhood.

 The subdivision encompasses 439 homes and covers the area: South of 5 Mile & North of  Schoolcraft and includes the streets of Barbara, Yale, Schoolcraft, Scone, Park Street, Middleboro, Fairway, Grennada and Ronnie Lane.
