The board is working on establishing a Welcoming Committee to welcome new residents to our neighborhood. If you know of any new neighbors moving in, let us know.

We have purchased a few bright green vests that have the SMB Estates logo on the back. These will be worn by volunteers when they're doing the plantings and other things around the sub.
